Hi friends,

One day after graduating from high school, one of my uncles recommended that I read the Bible. Until then, I had no chance to access it because of my family’s Buddhist and Animistic background. While reading the Bible, I discovered that God is actually alive and still doing good things for me. It was really exciting.

As I read the Bible, I was able to get closer to God, who exists as spirit. In many cases, he makes me hear his voice from my conscience, and sometimes he does miraculous things that I see. Above all, it is certain that he will give me courage and wisdom to overcome many temptations and difficulties so that I can move toward my goals in life.

So I am sure that reading the Word of God Bible is the most important thing for humans. There is a Bible study session in the village of USC on Sunday at 10 a.m. You can participate face-to-face or through this website. I’m sure you will get a new aspect of your life, joy, through studying the Bible.

How do we get eternal life?

John 5:21-30 How do we get the eternal life. People do not know the way of getting eternal life. They think it's too difficult to get eternal life and live completely ignoring getting eternal life. In this text, Jesus talks about a real life, eternal life. How do we get a life living eternally? Who gives the true eternal life? Who deserves that life? 1. Who gives a real life? Where does the life come from in verse 21? Father God giving eternal life way means that he has a system of giving real life. He has a perfect of salvation system that man do not have. Yes, God and Jesus Christ have a perfect way to give eternal life to people. 2. What is the system of getting the real life? How can we get the precious life in verse 24? Those who hear the word of Jesus and believe him who sent Jesus. Who sent Jesus to the world? He is father God. So, people can get the true life through hearing the word of Jesus and believe God receive the true life. John 3:16. People can receive the eternal life not by good works they do, but having faith in Jesus and God. Amen. 3. When we will have the eternal life in the verse 25? There are two times tenses, “a time future and a time present,” The time of getting eternal life is to come already: has come. And a time of getting eternal life is coming in future. It means that people who believed in Jesus already have eternal life. So, we enjoy of a living relationship with father God and Jesus Christ in this life. And it will be achieved in the last day. Verse 28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned. Central Message: Receiving the eternal life is easy and simple. God gave the system of salvation easier for us to get it. Let’s open our heart and humble ourselves to receive the way of salvation God has set up. Let’s share what has been touched on our heart.
